PDA was founded in 1994 and is one of Orange County's premier engineering firms, offering electrical, mechanical and plumbing consulting engineering services. The company maintains a staff of engineers, designers, and administrative personnel who are committed to serving our clients by complying with performance schedules, production deadlines, and delivering quality engineering within each job’s budgetary requirements.
